We are now accepting names on our waiting list for the following berth sizes. 

Below is a list of our slip sizes and what you may typically expect for a

waiting period.  We accept four names per slip size with a one month refundable deposit:

Dock Swap Program

The following tenants have expressed interest in trading slips with

boaters in different areas of Puget Sound.  If you qualify and would

like to exchange your slip with one of our tenants, please call our

office at (360) 293 4543 and we will take your information and

contact our tenant. 

To qualify:

1. Your 'tip to tip' vessel length must not exceed the slip size plus 2 feet.

2. You must provide proof of $300,000 liability insurance on your vessel.

3. You must complete a sublease application form with the host tenant.
