Rates & Terms
Moorage: Licensing agreements are subject to the rules, regulations and covenants of the Anacortes Marina Owners Association and/or Anacortes Marine Enterprises, Inc.
Electric: Electricity is metered at each slip and tenants are charged for actual power usage with no minimum charge. Electric deposit of $25.00 is required. Current electrical rate is .17 per kilowatt hour.
Insurance: A minimum of $300,000 liability & pollution insurance is required for vessels at the Marina. The Marina must be named as the Additional Insured on all policies. We recommend additional coverage be carried in the event of a boat loss.
Overlength: ‘Tip to Tip’ measurement of the vessel including all overhangs may not exceed slip size plus 2 feet.
Rent/Term: First and last month rent payable in advance. Annual licensing period only.
Key FOB Deposit: A $10.00 key fob deposit is required for each gate key.
